In this vital support role, you will work closely with Financial Planning Consultants to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional client care and operational efficiency.Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support across all stages of the client journey. You will conduct research and compile clear, accurate reports to support financial recommendations, as well as processing and tracking new business applications and managing online platforms with attention to detail.Youll be regularly communicating with clients, product providers, and internal teams, to ensure timely and accurate completion of new and ongoing business, all to a great service standard.The successful candidate:Previous experience within a similar role, including the use of Intelligent Office client database/back office systemAn awareness of FCA compliance requirementsAn interest in progressing with industry qualificationsGreat communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your workloadA love of working in a team, with a focus on client careI f your experience isnt a complete match but you feel you could bring a lot to the role, wed still encourage you to apply so that we can learn more about you!the company offer a fantastic place to work with a competitive and flexible benefits package.
