Job Description Paraplanner Location: Taunton, FullTime 35 hours per weekSalary 38,000 - 45,000 depending upon experience, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the Taunton office, 3 days WFH. If you're driven, analytical, and passionate about delivering an outstanding client experience, wed love to connect.What Youll Be Doing as ParaplannerManaging communications with providers and colleagues to ensure smooth case progressionGathering illustrations, documents, and key information from provider platformsProducing detailed technical research and analysis to support adviser recommendationsWriting highquality suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protectionDeveloping your technical expertise with ongoing trainingCreating clear handover notes and contributing to process improvementsSupporting senior paraplanners and operations with workflow, mailbox management, and change initiativesHelping cultivate a positive, collaborative team cultureAbout YouYou pride yourself on accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
