The Role As Area Manager, you will take responsibility for the performance, standards, and day-to-day operations of several centres within your region. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily operations across multiple automotive workshops Supporting and developing Centre Managers and their teams Driving productivity, efficiency, and profitability across all sites Ensuring high standards of workmanship, service quality, and health 'safety compliance Monitoring KPIs, performance metrics, and implementing improvement plans Providing technical and operational guidance where needed Supporting recruitment, training, and performance management of staff Maintaining excellent customer service standards and resolving escalated issues Overseeing stock control processes, equipment standards, and site compliance Acting as the key link between head office and regional centres You will play a crucial role in ensuring each site operates smoothly, profitably, and in line with company standards.
