About You You're already aManaging Director/GM with a track record of scalingmanufacturing or engineering SMEsin the15m-200M Range and driving Commercial Growth. Operational expertiseacross manufacturing and engineering. Experience ofleading change, driving transformation, and uniting teams. Knowledge oflean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
