Operational Delivery Deliver and manage capital programme contracts (e.g., decent homes, net zero, environmental works). Oversee multiple complex housing projects (up to 3m annually). Ensure projects meet cost, quality, and time targets. Maintain health and safety standards and minimize resident disruption. Contract & Project Management Manage external contractors to ensure performance and compliance. Ensure contract obligations are met and performance is reported. Maintain accurate records and implement quality control systems. Financial & Procurement Responsibilities Manage budgets for allocated contracts (10k3m).
