Client Services Administrator

My client is a highly regarded professional services organisation who are continuing to grow due to the quality of their service and products. The role They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join their Financial Planning team in Taunton. In this vital support role, you will work closely with Financial Planning Consultants to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional client care and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support across all stages of the client journey. You will conduct research and compile clear, accurate reports to support financial recommendations, as well as processing and tracking new business applications and managing online platforms with attention to detail. Youll be regularly communicating with clients, product providers, and internal teams, to ensure timely and accurate completion of new and ongoing business, all to a great service standard.
