Youll work across a diverse range of projects, including commercial, rural estates, and some heritage assets, while building long-term client relationships.Crucially, this role offers a clear and achievable progression pathway to Director level, making it ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious team.The RoleYou will deliver a broad mix of professional and project-led building surveying services, taking ownership of both projects and client relationships.Key responsibilities include:Contract administration and project monitoringBuilding surveys and report writingPreparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentationPlanned preventative maintenance programmes and schedules of conditionAdvising on procurement, contractor appointments, and statutory consentsDelivering professional services including dilapidations, party wall, and reinstatement cost assessmentsSupporting design and technical delivery across a range of schemesActing as a key client contact, managing relationships and delivering high-quality serviceYoull be given autonomy and responsibility early on, with the support of a collaborative and experienced team.About My ClientMy client operates a multidisciplinary model, bringing together expertise across building surveying, architecture, and wider property consultancy.
