Job Description Residential Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor Taunton Location: TauntonType of Role: Permanent Fulltime or ParttimeWorking Pattern: Hybrid workingSalary: 40,000 to 65,000, depending on qualification and experience.A friendly, closeknit and wellestablished law firm is seeking two permanent Residential Conveyancers / Residential Property Solicitors to join its busy and growing Taunton office. These hires form part of a longterm expansion plan and will help strengthen the team as the department continues to grow.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, sociable and familyfriendly team that values professionalism, flexibility and strong team chemistry.The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity Registered and unregistered titles New build work (advantageous but not essential) Optional: light commercial property work if desired Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties Supervising junior staff where appropriate (desirable) Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environmentCandidate RequirementsThese opportunities are suited to: Residential Property Solicitors CILEX Lawyers Licensed Conveyancers Experienced residential conveyancing fee earnersYou will bring: Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing Ability to manage your own caseload independently A reliable, sensible and teamfocused approach Excellent communication and clientcare skills A stable career history or clear reasons for any frequent moves A positive personality that fits a closeknit, sociable team Confidence supervising juniors is desirable but not essentialWorking Pattern & FlexibilityThe firm is genuinely familyfriendly and understands childcare and life commitments.
