Job Description Were looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager & Operations Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and support our international programmes. This varied role covers office management, compliance, administration, and logistical support.What you'll do:Oversee daily office operations, suppliers, contracts, and health & safety.Act as first point of contact for donors, suppliers, and external partners.Support organisational policies (safeguarding, procurement, data protection, H&S).Provide travel, logistics, and procurement support to field teams and humanitarian deployments.Maintain accurate records for audits, reporting, and board meetings.Support senior management with admin, policies, and finance (invoices, purchase orders, expenses).Essential Skills & Experience:Previous experience in office management, operations, or administration.Strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Zoom).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Personal Attributes:Commitment to humanitarian principles and the mission of KAI.Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable.Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across cultures and teams.Able to work independently and under pressure.High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.Candidates must have the legal right to work in UK; we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.If you are interested in applying for this position, please email a copy of your CV to [email protected] along with a short statement detailing why you would like to work at Khalsa Aid.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, age, or any other protected status.
