Seeking Join us at our stunning Caribbean Restaurant & Bar Live Music Venue in Tamworth offering Caf, Bar, Restaurant, Venue Hire, Events, Meetings and Celebrations in beautiful surroundings.Remember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.Become part of our new and exciting Team delivering excellent customer service in a fun and lively environment.Job purpose As a Kitchen Supervisor you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.You will have a passion for serving great food and training great people.You will need to have a good knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety with Level 2 and 3 qualifications.You will lead by example providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a friendly, polite and welcoming atmosphere This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a new exciting challenge and to come on board right from the start and make a huge impact in shaping the culture and vision for SIGMA CLUB.Main duties Managing staff Train new staff on food safety practices and customer service standards Prepare and serve a variety of menu options overseeing ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards Develop creative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations based on preferences.Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless service Maintain a clean and organised Kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.Operate EPOS Till system Restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.Adhoc duties as requested by General Manager Experience 2 years experience working as a Kitchen Supervisor or a similar role within the hospitality industry and with Caribbean cuisine Training and managing team Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team Strong time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of food safety practices with relevant qualifications (Level 2 and 3 Food Hygiene Certificates) Must have a passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to delivering outstanding service A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.d02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
