Field Service Technician Water Treatment Systems Location: Tamworth (with travel across the UK and EMEA) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week Salary: Up to 40,000 DOE Are you an experienced field service professional with a passion for solving complex technical challenges in the water industry? Our client, a global leader in sustainable water treatment solutions, are seeking a Field Service Technician to join their After Sales and Technical Assistance team based in Tamworth. Key Responsibilities as a Field Service Technician- Carry out mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control field service activities on-site. Prepare and commission complete plant installations, liaising closely with our technical department. Support aftersales through site audits, job planning, and coordination of subcontractors. Work with PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems for testing, commissioning, and diagnostics. Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures and standards. Key Skills as a Field Service Technician- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical field service roles. Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (apprenticeship, HNC, or equivalent). Working knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS systems , and instrumentation . Understanding of mechanical and electrical installations (LCPs, transformer rectifiers, etc.). Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required. TPBN1_UKTJ
