Manage and motivate a large front-of-house team to consistently deliver excellence. Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management team to uphold the restaurant's reputation for quality and innovation. Implement and maintain effective systems for reservations, staffing, and service delivery. Drive revenue and profitability through effective cost control and outstanding guest experiences. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a high-end, busy establishment. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to the highest standards of service. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
