Class 1 Shunter (CE) Pure Staff are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced and reliable Class 1 Shunter to join our valued client based in the Tamworth area . This is a Monday to Friday role with ongoing work and the potential to become temp-to-perm , with immediate starts available . Class 1 Shunter Role Requirements To be considered for this position, you must have: UK Category CE licence held for a minimum of 2 years At least 12 months' Class 1 driving experience No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements) Good communication skills Strong knowledge of UK roads A flexible, reliable, and professional working attitude Role Details Monday to Friday 11:00am - 10:00pm 11-hour shifts Predominantly shunting Class 2 vehicles , with some Class 1 movements Regular communication with Warehouse and Transport teams 90-minute driving assessment required prior to start (fully paid) Pay & Benefits 17.50 per hour + 2.45 per hour holiday accrual (paid when annual leave is taken) Paid via PAYE - no umbrella companies or hidden fees Weekly pay with accurate, on-time payslips Access to a discounts and perks scheme after your first payment (including savings on travel, electronics, fitness, and more) Apply Now For more information or to apply, please respond to this advert or contact Tommy from the Driving Team on 0121 237 4840 .
