Job Description Our client, a leading and expanding manufacturing organisation, established for over 30 years in Tamworth, is seeking Returns Coordinator to join their well-established team. You will take ownership of debit and returns processes, ensuring smooth resolution of queries while delivering excellent internal and external service. Salary is up to 26,000 depending on experience. Please note this is an office-based position. Your key responsibilities include:Coordinate debit entries and credits accurately within the ERP systemEnter all debit notes (emailed and posted) promptly and accuratelyMonitor and manage the Returns inbox, ensuring all queries are handled efficientlyRun credits from the ERP system and ensure correct documentationScan and archive debits and supporting paperworkManage incoming debit queries (internal and external) via phone and emailLiaise with Carriers, Quality, Admin and Customer Service teams to organise collection of faulty goodsWork closely with Customer Service and Sales teams on stock cleanse debits and compensating ordersInvestigate mis-picks and pricing discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departmentsCoordinate faulty returns and liaise with Quality for fault testingHandle POD (Proof of Delivery) requests from carriersWork with Credit Control to resolve returns impacting invoice paymentsProactively chase outstanding returns and queries to meet targets and deadlinesProduce reports, maintain accurate log histories and track outstanding debitsAssist with switchboard overflow and provide cover/support across the wider Customer Service/Admin team when required As the Returns Coordinator, you will have:Previous experience in a busy Customer Service, Returns or Administration role preferredWorking knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and ERP systems (P21 experience advantageous)Confidence handling phone and email enquiries professionallyHighly efficient with exceptional attention to detailA strong communicator, both written and verbalComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAble to work independently while contributing positively to a teamSkilled at managing time, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlineJBRP1_UKTJ
