They curate unique, ethically sourced collections that spark joy and discovery, and they pride themselves on delivering meaningful service and experiences at every customer touchpoint.The Role:Support the buying and merchandising team with day-to-day admin, supplier liaison, and sample trackingManage the critical path of booked styles with your product development teamManage & accurately update the full delivery scheduleRaise and manage all Purchase OrdersEnsure all detail within Purchase Orders are accurate at all timesSupport with Monday Trade meetings by pulling reports for your merchandiserAbility to analyse reports and data to build information & actions for your teamAbility to feedback opinion and fact around sales and stock from reports to your merchandiserSupport with key trading periods i.e Black Friday & Christmas promo'sUnderstand freight times, challenges and ability to book in stock with forwarder's and warehousesManage product uploads, descriptions, and data for ecommerceAnalyse product and category performance to help shape future buying decisionsBe a voice in a small, collaborative team where your ideas are welcome and your contribution is valuedWe're Looking For:Previous experience in buying, merchandising, or product coordination (home, fashion or lifestyle retail ideal)Confident using ExcelWell-organised, flexible, and happy to work independently at timesA genuine interest in beautiful, meaningful products - and the stories behind themSomeone who values warmth, originality, and excellent customer experiencesWhy You'll Love This Role:A supportive, down-to-earth team with a strong sense of purposeOpportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers and see the impact of your workA company culture built on values - from sustainability to serviceStaff discount and a product mix you'll be proud to stand behindBBBH33896TPBN1_UKTJ
