Senior Surveyor/Clerk of Works - Social Housing Maintenance

A large FM and Maintenance provider who is delivering a housing refurbishment programme on behalf of the MOD needs a temporary Clerk of Works/ Senior Surveyor.Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.To oversee the external contractors are delivering on time and to the quality expected.Temporary Clerk of Works - Housing Refurbishment Programme (MOD Housing)Location: Home based, covering MOD bases across the MidlandsA 3- month initial contract rolling monthly thereafter.We are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to oversee a housing refurbishment programme on Ministry of Defence (MOD) properties.
