We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established children's residential care provider for a Residential Care Worker to join a supportive team within a 4-bed home in Salisbury, supporting young people aged 8-17 years.You will play a key role in providing high-quality, nurturing care and support, helping young people build confidence, resilience, and independence.Key responsibilities include:Providing consistent, compassionate care in a safe and supportive environmentActing as a positive role model and setting clear boundariesSupporting daily routines, education, and social activitiesPromoting emotional wellbeing and responding to behaviours of concernSafeguarding young people and recognising signs of riskWorking collaboratively with social workers, schools, and professionalsContributing to care plans, reviews, and therapeutic supportMaintaining high standards within the home (health 'safety, wellbeing)What We're Looking ForA caring, empathetic, and resilient individualStrong teamwork skills with a proactive approachReliable, trustworthy, and committed to safeguarding xjdpvnf Good communication and observational skillsFlexibility to work a 2 on, 4 off shift pattern, including sleep-insEssential RequirementsExperience working with children or within a social care settingKnowledge of safeguarding and child protectionAbility to manage behaviour positivelyCommitment to ongoing training and developmentApply NowIf you're passionate about supporting young people and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference, apply today
