Job Description Senior Quantity Surveyor | Swindon Salary: Up to 80,000 + Package Location: Swindon Sector: Construction | Main Contractor | Regional ProjectsWalker & Sloan are working with an outstanding regional construction contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver projects across Swindon and the surrounding region.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the South West. The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.Key responsibilities: Managing project budgets, cost control and reporting Procurement and management of subcontract packages Valuations, variations and payment applications Supporting project teams with commercial strategy Managing risk and ensuring financial performance of projects About You Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or experienced Project Quantity Surveyor Background working for a main contractor Strong commercial and contractual knowledge Experience managing projects from start to completion Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Whats on Offer Salary up to 80,000 + package Opportunity to work with a highly respected regional contractor Strong pipeline of work across the South West Long-term career progression within a growing business Interested?
