Job Description TSR Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join one of Wiltshire fastest growing law firms, who are looking for a Licensed Residential Conveyancer to join their successful Property Department. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, whether as a solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer, applications from seasoned professionals without legal qualifications are encouraged.Key Responsibilities:Reviewing and reporting on title and pre-contract searchesDrafting deeds of covenant and lease reviewsAdministering all documentation related to property transactionsHandling the sale of part exchange propertiesManaging the plot sales process, including responding to enquiries, exchange, completions, and post-completion mattersRequirements:Licensed Conveyancer qualification (CLC or SRA)Proven experience in handling a varied caseload of residential property transactionsStrong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property lawExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work effectively within a team and independentlyCommitment to delivering high-quality client serviceJBRP1_UKTJ
