Production Operative

Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are urgently recruiting Production operatives to join our client in West Swindon. The ideal candidates will be responsible for unpacking furniture, repacking furniture, sanding, masking and prepping furniture ready to be painted. Ensuring high-quality workmanship and handling with care. This role requires previous production operative experience , as well as the ability to work well in a warehouse environment. This is a fantastic position, which is offering an immediate start This is a day shift role, working 05.30am - 14.00pm (Monday to Friday) Benefits of working for Cotswold Talent Solutions: Hourly rate, not age dependent Overtime rates in place Weekly pay Online payslips Hours and pay: Monday to Friday 05.30am- 14.00 pm Hourly rate of 12.49 per hour 16.65 per hour (overtime rate) Duties Prepare furniture by masking and sanding. Unpack and repack furniture Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Skills Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse setting while managing multiple tasks. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
