Designanddeliver EVP-liteattractioncampaigns ,workingwithstaffandmanagerstoco-createauthenticcontent(casestudies,testimonials,day-in-the-lifestories). PartnerwithChildrensServicesmanagerstoimplement fast-trackrecruitmentcampaigns withapplication-to-offertimescalesof20daysorless. Auditandoptimisethe candidatejourney ,ensuringadverts,careerspages,andapplicationprocessesareinclusive,mobile-friendly,andengaging. Provide insightfuldataandanalysis onattractionperformance(click-throughrates,drop-offs,time-to-hire,candidatediversity)toinformcontinuousimprovement. Actasa bridgetothepermanenttalentteam ,pilotingapproachesthatcanbescaledupandembeddedinfuturephasesofSwindons2028TalentModel.
