Mobile Maintenance Plumber Location: Swindon Salary: £36,000£38,000 + Van & Fuel Card + Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday A leading facilities management and building services company is looking for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join their growing team. Covering Swindon and the surrounding areas, youll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work across commercial sites. Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildingsService and repair hot and cold-water systems, pipework, valves, and sanitary wareWork on TMVs, water heaters, pumps, and general plumbing systemsSupport compliance tasks including temperature checks and L8 monitoringDiagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safelyComplete job reports and documentation accuratelyLiaise with clients and site staff to ensure smooth service deliveryTravel between sites across the Swindon regionSkills & Experience Required:NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)Experience working within commercial maintenance or facilities managementessentialStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of water systems, pumps, and pipework installationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsFull UK driving licenceessentialWhats on Offer:Salary between £36,000£38,000 per annumCompany van + fuel cardMonday to Friday working hoursOvertime available for additional earningsTraining and development opportunities within a growing FM businessTPBN1_UKTJ
