Visual Inspector - Swindon

Visual Inspector Location: Swindon Pay Rate: 13.28 Shifts: Rotating weekly - Early (07:00-15:00) / Late (15:00-23:00) We're looking for Visual Inspectors to join our team in Swindon. You'll help ensure that all pharmaceutical products are packaged, inspected, and documented correctly, following Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards. This role involves detailed visual checks of products, working on packing lines, and keeping cleanroom areas organised and compliant. Main Duties Operate packing lines and complete production tasks safely and accurately. Carry out visual inspections of products to ensure quality and compliance. Complete and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) in real time. Keep equipment and work areas clean following SOPs and cGMP rules. Report any faults or quality issues to supervisors. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Support continuous improvement and team activities. What We're Looking For Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated production environment (preferred). GCSEs in Maths, English, and ideally a science subject. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work carefully and methodically. Good eyesight and patience for detailed inspection work. Reliable, team-focused, and eager to learn.
