Job Description Talent Acquisition Partner - 12 Month FTCLocation: Swindon - Onsite/HybridAt Cogito, we partner with organisations to transform how they attract, engage and hire talent. Since 2014, weve helped businesses build scalable, sustainable recruitment models that strengthen employer brand, improve hiring outcomes and reduce reliance on traditional agencies.Were now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in an embedded RPO role, working onsite with one of our customers as a trusted, senior recruitment partner.The OpportunityIn this role, youll sit at the heart of the customers resourcing operation, acting as the first point of contact for all recruitment activity. Youll advise, guide and influence the business through every stage of the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, compliant and effective recruitment service in a fastpaced environment.Working closely with Cogito Directors and senior customer stakeholders, youll help execute recruitment strategies that deliver a bestpractice, futurefocused talent acquisition model. Youll truly be the face of recruitment for the customer, operating as an embedded member of their TA and HR teamWhat youll be doingOwning endtoend recruitment delivery across assigned business areas, acting as the primary TA partner to senior stakeholdersProviding expert, consultative advice on role design, workforce planning, sourcing strategies, assessment approaches and attraction channelsBuilding strong, credible relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs and senior leaders, influencing decisions through data and insightDesigning and delivering compliant, inclusive recruitment campaigns aligned to organisational policy and governanceProficient in candidate sourcing and headhunting utilising job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.Leading strategic TA initiatives including candidate experience, employer brand, process optimisation, onboarding and talent pipeliningPartnering with Cogitos Bristolbased delivery teams to execute external search activity where requiredPersonally assessing candidates for key and senior hires, including screening, interviews and feedback facilitationOverseeing interview logistics to ensure a professional, wellmanaged experienceMaintaining accurate recruitment data and producing insightled reporting to inform hiring decisions and workforce planningAbout youYoure a senior recruitment professional with strong experience in an embedded, inhouse or RPO environment.
