Van & Tools RequiredRole OverviewWe are recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to carry out day-to-day maintenance and reactive repairs across social housing properties in Swindon. This is a hands-on role suited to a reliable, well-rounded multi-trader who can turn their hand to a variety of trades while working in occupied homes.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out a wide range of responsive and planned maintenance works within social housing propertiesUndertake repairs including:Basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets, sinks)Carpentry (doors, locks, skirting, kitchen units)Plastering & patch repairsPainting & decoratingTiling & minor flooring repairsBasic electrical work (non-certifiable tasks)Complete jobs to a high standard, first-time fix where possibleWork professionally in tenants' homes with a strong customer-focused approachFollow health & safety procedures and company policies at all timesAccurately record works completed and materials usedEssential Experience & SkillsProven experience as a Multi-Trader / Multi-Skilled Trades personPrevious social housing or domestic maintenance experience is prefeeredConfident working across multiple trades (not just one main skill)Able to work independently and manage daily workloadsGood communication skills and a respectful approach when dealing with tenantsStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailOwn van and full set of tools requiredWhat's on OfferCompetitive pay up to £19.00 per hourStable Monday-Friday work (no weekend pressure)Ongoing work within a reputable social housing contractTPBN1_UKTJ
