Location London (Office-based, hybrid working: 4 days onsite, 1 day working from home) Industry Fintech / Treasury & Cash Management / Institutional Finance / FX & Derivatives / Payments The Role: A fast-growing financial technology provider seeks an experienced Product Strategy Manager Treasury, Liquidity & FX to lead strategic product initiatives for institutional clients. You will work closely with investment funds, LPs, treasury teams, and fund administrators to identify high-value opportunities in cash, FX, and liquidity management technology. You will own the product roadmap, define customer and business goals, and work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, sales, dealing, operations, data, and riskto ship solutions that enhance treasury efficiency, enable yield optimisation, manage FX exposure, and streamline multi-bank liquidity. Desired Experience: Demonstrable success delivering and scaling fintech or treasury products Strong understanding of FX and liquidity management workflows Product ownership and roadmap development in SaaS or financial services context Familiarity with buy-side or institutional client needs (e.g. funds, corporates, LPs) Track record working with cross-functional squads or product teams Ability to translate commercial and technical requirements into actionable user stories The Company: Join a global fintech platform with a rapidly expanding institutional presence.
