We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.Want to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing?You'll be working with the Quantity Surveyors and supporting them with the day to day role.You'll be agreeing sub-contract applications, preparation and submission of client billing and identifying contract variations.We'll ask you to support with cost and value reconciliations on complete works and works in progress.You'll support with compiling quotations for new work and keeping appropriate records and schedules in all activities whenprocessing invoices, compiling invoices and updating spreadsheetsReporting of Monthly figures to senior management and monitoring project costs and feeding back cost value information to the site team.You'll be analysing tender allowances before sub-contractors are rewarded specific jobs meeting with the client to understand client budgets and maintaining constant dialog to reach year end targets.Implement commercial processes to ensure contractual entitlement is realised.You'll work within strict deadlines required under the contract and required by the company.
