Apply Now for our Recruitment Team to review.DUTIESYour duties as the Machinist / Miller / Turner / CNC Engineer include:CNC Milling Operations: Manufacture components using 3, 4 and 5 axis bed millsConversational Programming: Set and operate machines using ProtoTRAK controlsPrecision Engineering: Produce high-quality bespoke components to specificationTurning Work: Manufacture parts using conventional lathesMachine Operation: Use additional workshop equipment including pillar drills and surface grindersQuality Control: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all machining processesTechnical Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues on custom engineering projectsWorkshop Maintenance: Maintain a safe and organised working environmentCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in a similar Skilled Machinist roleExperience of using 3 axis SMX & DPM bed mills using Proto Track AGE 3 & SMX0 controlsExperience on 4 & 5 Brother Machining Centres would be highly desirableAbility to make turned parts on conventional lathes would be an advantageAbility to operate conventional machine tools such as pillar drills and surface grinders would be beneficialAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to work accurately paying good attention to detailHOW TO APPLYTo be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
