Blue Arrow is urgently recruiting for A Sales Support Administration to join our clients team based in the Swansea area working for a manufacturing company.Contract: Permanent Salary: £26,250p.a Hours of work: 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pmKey Duties: Core Responsibilities: * Answering telephone calls in a professional manner, transferring to the appropriate individual or taking messages as required. * Data entry utilising programs such as Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce and Xero. Bespoke system training will be given * Checking orders for sales team * Entering Sales order into sales force * Coordinating with hauliers re transport pick up of goods * Chasing hauliers for Proof of Delivery * Document Management * Maintaining computerised and manual filing systems * Communicate effectively with all staff, in person and electronically * Timely and accurate completion of daily jobs as may be allocated and prioritised from time to time, in accordance with company processes and procedures * Understand, promote and comply with the company Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management policies and procedures, particularly those procedures specific to the administrative function.Required Skills: * Planning, prioritisation, and time management skills.
