Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Cook in our residential service, and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults and the quality of their environment. At M&D Care, we support individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and neurodevelopmental conditions across South and West Wales. As Cook, youll work a rota which includes weekends and week days (9am5pm). You will plan and prepare nutritious meals, including special diets, ensuring residents individual needs and preferences are met. Youll maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and infection control. Responsibilities include menu planning, stock ordering, budget management, and kitchen cleanliness. Youll collaborate with support staff to align meals with care plans and engage with residents to promote enjoyable, healthy eating experiences. xjdpvnf M&D Care are an established family-oriented business, which is run by a passionate team of professionals who deliver specialist, complex and bespoke care services throughout South Wales for people with Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health needs.
