Find out more about what it's like working at Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency - Department for Transport Careers ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to: Build the DVSA's forecasting capabilities, ensuring that macroeconomic and broader social trends are fully understood and incorporated into the organisation's planning and decision‑making. Manage and plan a portfolio of work which ranges from Impact Assessments / De Minimis Assessments (DMAs) and Post Implementation Reviews; to advisory roles, or lighter‑touch, creative analysis. Develop and promote a culture of continuous improvement and continuous professional development to ensure delivery of a quality service to our customers. Execute management responsibilities effectively, working with, leading and acting as a role model for team members and colleagues. Work in collaboration with fellow CSLs across all functions for the good of DVSA and to create a high performing and well‑respected Agency. Lead a programme of analysis to support the DVSA's strategy and policy and operational delivery programme, impacting on strategic direction, Ministerial decisions and influencing key stakeholders.
