Location: Swaffham (Full-Time, On-Site) Pay Rate: 20-25 per hour + holiday pay Recruitment Partner: Robert Half (Exclusive)Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a fast-paced organisation to recruit a Temporary HR Coordinator for an initial 3-month engagement. This is a hands-on, full-time, office-based role in Swaffham, supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function within a medium-sized organisation.This position would suit an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and is comfortable managing a variety of HR administration and coordination tasks. Candidates must be immediately available to be considered.The RoleWorking closely with the HR team, the HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the operational delivery of HR activities across the business, helping to ensure a positive employee experience and efficient HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operations of the HR departmentAssist with employee relations processes, including coordinating documentation and supporting HR casework where requiredCoordinate and support training and development initiatives across the businessProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related queriesMaintain accurate HR records and employee documentationSupport performance and reward processes across the organisationPrepare HR reports and maintain HR data to support decision-makingEnsure HR documentation and processes are maintained in line with current employment legislationHelp foster a positive and inclusive working environment that supports employee engagementRequired QualificationsCIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)Skills & ExperienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionGood working knowledge of current employment law and HR best practiceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeConfidence presenting information clearly to a range of stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and ability to work with HR data and reportingExperience RequiredPrevious experience working within an HR functionExperience working collaboratively as part of an HR teamExposure to employee relations processes and general HR operationsRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
