Ashfield District Council have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Repairs Technician Heating Engineer to join the team based in Sutton in Ashfield??????. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis (37 hours per week) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of 32,061 - 34,434 per annum. We are looking for a qualified Heating Engineer to undertake repairs and maintenance work in both tenanted and empty properties. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to work within our customer's homes for the completion of repair and maintenance works. You will possess the appropriate City and Guilds, or equivalent qualification, combined with knowledge of general building and construction. You will require a friendly and positive outlook, along with experience of dealing with the public and a full valid driving licence.
