With events running across multiple UK locations, our mission is to create joyful memories for families, fans, and communities alike.The RoleWere looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our in-house team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their marketing career whos eager to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities in the exciting world of live events.Youll play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, creating content, working with influencers, and helping to grow the visibility of our events. Youll also have the opportunity to travel and be on-site at events throughout the year capturing content, supporting PR activity, and contributing to the overall experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for eventsCreate engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and websitesLiaise with influencers, content creators, and partners to support campaign goalsAttend events (some overnight stays required) to support marketing activity and content captureFilm and edit short videos for use across digital platformsMonitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social insightsSupport press and PR efforts, including press releases and media liaisonGeneral administrative support to the wider marketing teamSupport the customer service team during events should they require it.About YouA passion for events and marketingExcellent communication and organisational skillsWillingness to travel and stay overnight at events across the UKComfortable working with influencers and the publicConfident creating content, including video and social media assetsExperience filming and editing video (basic proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush or other is desirable)Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok & FacebookA team player with a hands-on, can-do attitudeBasic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)Qualification in Marketing or a related field.Desirable (but not essential)Degree in marketing, media, communications or a related field is a plus but not essentialDriving licence and access to transportWhat We OfferCasual working environment30 days annual leave including bank holidays.Free onsite parkingFree drinks and refreshmentsAccess to a regular workplace counsellor - because mental health is important to us.Regular work socials and team lunchesOpportunities to travel to events across the UKInsight and experience in the live events and entertainment sectorA creative, collaborative, and supportive team cultureTraining opportunitiesTPBN1_UKTJ
