Currently members of FORS and hold Gold accreditation.We are currently looking to recruit a Transport Administrator based out of our Telford Depot.Salary: 27,000 p/aWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 6.30am to 3.30pm (8.00am to 5.00pm whilst training)Location: Telford DepotJob Responsibilities:To work in a team to delivery of an effective transport serviceWorking closely with drivers and colleagues within other areas of the businessAssist with general enquiries from drivers, customers, internal departmentsIssuing PODs and WTN to customersObtaining and issuing ETAsAnswering incoming callsGeneral AdministrationBooking drivers into customer & tipping sitesDealing with customer querysAssisting with planning and routing the work dailyCarry out other tasks and duties as requiredExperience/ Skills Required:Excellent organisational skillsTransport experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong Communication skillsWe offer an annual holiday entitlement of 28 Days which includes 8 bank holidays and for every 2 full years you work for the company you will receive an additional days holiday, up to a maximum of 5 additional days along with a workplace pension scheme.Want to be part of a great team - to have the opportunity to join our team submit your CV to be considered for an immediate interview or call our HR department on 0800 731 0589.TPBN1_UKTJ
