The Opportunity We have opportunities across our Sutton Coldfield divisions : Think Construction Permanent recruitment for Construction professionals Think Trades & Labour Temporary recruitment across the construction and trades sector Think Property Services Temporary and permanent recruitment for maintenance and housing professionals Think FM & Maintenance Temporary and permanent recruitment within facilities management and maintenance Youll manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates, supported by a trusted brand and a team thats genuinely collaborative, driven, and ambitious. What Youll Do Build and develop relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist area Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement Deliver a high-quality, consultative service focused on results, not just KPIs Take ownership of your desk with the freedom to shape and grow it your way What Were Looking For Were seeking experienced recruiters who can hit the ground running - whether your background is in temp or perm recruitment.
