Locum Medical Oncologist in Urology and AOS

This post will support the treatment of bladder and prostate patients under the care of the uro‑oncology team in Sutton and also at the Royal Marsden satellite unit in Kingston. The post holder will play a pivotal role in the Acute Oncology Service at Kingston NHS Trust.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in and support the Royal Marsden Urology multidisciplinary care team which includes Clinical and Medical Oncologists, Surgeons, the relevant junior team, Specialist Nursing Staff, Radiographers, and Macmillan support workers.Contribute to research activity.Participate in multidisciplinary meetings.As a senior member of the medical team, provide clinical leadership and support for effective development of services and attend relevant operational meetings.Contribute to the development of departmental objectives and business plan, and manage resources within approved plan.Take an active part in the leadership and administration of the clinical service.Work closely with consultant colleagues in other oncology services within RM Partners and participate in relevant pathway groups.#J-18808-Ljbffr
