Job Title: Facilities Assistant Location: South West London Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Facilities Assistant to support the smooth running of operations at a busy site in South West London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day management of facilities, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and operational. Support health and safety compliance across the site, including conducting routine checks and reporting hazards. Liaise with contractors and service providers to coordinate maintenance and repairs. Respond promptly to staff requests and issues, delivering excellent customer service. Monitor building security systems and support emergency procedures when required. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment. Contribute to sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements. Provide administrative support for facilities-related documentation and reporting. About You: Experience in facilities or operational support, ideally within a fast-paced or customer-facing environment. Strong customer service background, with the ability to respond to diverse needs professionally and efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Practical knowledge of health and safety standards and building operations. Computer literate, with skills in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
