Distribution Coordinator

Distribution Coordinator Based in Minworth 6 month FTC - 37.5 hours per week 12.21 p.h / 23,810 p.a We are seeking a professional and experienced Distribution Coordinator to work alongside a logistics team based in Minworth. This role is initially 6 months cover, but may become full time after this time. The role of distribution coordinator is pivotal to the success of the logistics team, and will involve dealing with all aspects of the team, clients and public. Key Responsibilities of the distribution coordinator. Efficiently scheduling deliveries with customers for goods arriving into us or are fully and or partly available now. Taking calls from customers to book/confirm deliveries and take payments Contacting all customers 72 hours before the date which has been booked to confirm firstly, it is still sufficient and also the details surrounding the delivery to ensure the drivers are able to execute the delivery as efficiently as possible. Liaise with our 3rd party delivery partner and manage the weekly order book. Chasing orders with our manufacturers.
