As Head of Property and Compliance, youll lead a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality property and asset management services. Youll be responsible for: Managing day-to-day repairs, voids, major works, planned maintenance, and compliance Overseeing internal teams and external contractors Ensuring health and safety standards are met across all housing stock Driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction Leading on strategic asset investment and long-term planning Youll report to the Director of Operations and work closely with other senior managers to align property services with the organisations broader goals. Youll bring leadership in property and asset management, solid knowledge of housing compliance, and experience managing budgets, contracts, and major works, all backed by strong communication and stakeholder skills.
