Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM). Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and propose effective solutions. Provide expert advice to project teams and stakeholders on safe work practices. Develop and implement tailored health and safety systems to support large-scale construction projects. Actively promote a safety-first culture across all project sites. What Were Looking For Extensive experience working on large-scale construction projects Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations, including CDM 2015. Proven ability to conduct audits, risk assessments, and deliver actionable reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently advise and liaise with project teams.
