Property Safety Contract Support Officer (Temp, Up to 12 Weeks) Location: Sunderland | Pay: 16.21/hr Were looking for a Contract Support Officer to support Contract Managers with specialist M&E works, ensuring homes stay safe and well-maintained. What youll do: Liaise with customers and contractors to schedule appointments. Raise, update, and close work orders in the Housing Management System. Maintain accurate records, reports, and work schedules. Support Contract Managers in delivering a continuous improvement culture. What were looking for: Strong administration and IT skills (Microsoft Office). Experience with Housing Management Systems (ideally MRI Orchard System knowledge) Experience in a social housing or property maintenance environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
