You will ensure services are person-centred, compliant with CQC requirements, and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.Key RequirementsA valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)Experience in supported living or domiciliary careManagement / leadership experience (essential), with relevant qualification (desirable)Knowledge of CQC regulations and the Health & Social Care ActExperience in creating rosters, maintaining compliance paperwork, and leading auditsAbility to review and develop support plans, risk assessments, and client documentationFlexible, adaptable, and resilient, with a caring and approachable natureBritish Sign Language skills (desirable)Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise care staff and act as service lead in the absence of the Registered ManagerEnsure policies, procedures, and regulatory standards are metBuild strong relationships with clients, families, and staff teamsPromote and safeguard client wellbeingConduct supervisions, appraisals, and regular team meetingsMaintain accurate and audit-ready recordsSupport the continuous improvement of servicesIf you are a confident leader with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
