Paediatric Nurse

This role requires clinical confidence, excellent assessment skills, and a calm, family-centred approach.Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.Manage and monitor complex clinical interventions such as:Tracheostomy care and suctioningVentilation support (invasive and non-invasive)Enteral feeding (PEG/NG)Oxygen therapySeizure managementMedication administration (including emergency medication)Monitor and document vital signs and clinical observations.Provide emotional reassurance and support to both the child/young person and their family.Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records in line with CQC standards.RequirementsActive NMC pinMinimum 6 months experience in this role and 3 years UK healthcare experienceEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Practical Manual Handling & Basic Life Support certificationDrivers License (preferred but not essential)What We OfferCompetitive Pay Rates: 45.00 52.00 per hourMileage Reimbursement: 20p per mile (up to 100 miles)Recognition & Rewards: Length of Service Awards & Employee of the MonthWhy Join MedGen Healthcare?MedGen Healthcare is a CQC-regulated provider delivering high-quality care across the community, from non-complex to highly complex packages.We value our nurses and recognise the essential role you play in delivering safe and compassionate care.
