The Job You'll DoPrepare detailed quotations from customer supplied drawings, schedules, and specifications for a range of equipment. Update existing quotations with new information and communicate changes to customers. Follow company standards and guidelines when analyzing and providing estimates. Maintain relationships with existing clients and seek out new clients with a sales-minded approach. Keep detailed records of all quotations in CRM. Manage multiple enquiries and quotations, ensuring timely delivery to clients. Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms. Research costs for materials, equipment, transport, and labor; collect quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Plan job timescales and assess project risks. Prepare and submit quotations and cost summaries. Assist with bids for new contracts and support purchasing activities. Monitor project stages to ensure costs align with forecasts. About YouProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is desirable. Essential electrical/control knowledge. Understanding of production engineering practices. ONC or equivalent qualification required.
