As one of our Senior Care Assistants, you will be responsible for assessing the individuals needs and formulating person-centred care plans, ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional needs are met. Administering medication safely is paramount, all oursenior care assistants are provided with additional training to ensure competency and knowledge of the medication used in our homes.
