We are recruiting for skilledForklift Truck Operatorsto join our logistics client based in Washington, Sunderland.Duties: Operate counterbalance Forklift Truck adhering to strict health and safety Load and unload materials from lorries and storage area Ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials throughout the warehouse Accurately record inventory movements using a Warehouse Management System Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling as required Collaborate with team members to maintain an organised and clean warehouse environment Skills: Experienced counterbalance Forklift Truck operator Experienced working in a logistics and warehouse setting Experienced using hand-held scanners Experienced working within a strict health and safety environment Basic maths skills for inventory management Automotive logistics experience would be advantageous Shifts: Weekly rotation, days and lates.
