Job Title:Line Chef - Football Stadium Kiosk Location:Sunderland Football Club. Dates Required:Friday 15th & Saturday 16th August 2025 Rate of Pay:13.20 per hour Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and reliable Line Chef to join our catering team for two days at a busy football stadium. You will be based in one of our kiosks, preparing and serving a range of fast-food items such as burgers, chicken strips, chips, and other match-day favourites. You will work alongside a small team of kitchen assistants, ensuring all food is prepared to high standards, efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items to order, maintaining portion control and quality standards.Oversee a small team of kitchen assistants, providing direction as required.Ensure all food is cooked and served in line with food hygiene and safety regulations.Maintain a clean and organised workstation throughout service.Monitor stock levels during service and communicate replenishment needs.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak times.Requirements: Previous experience as a chef, cook, or in a similar catering role.Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures.Ability to work quickly and under pressure in a busy environment.Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.Punctual, reliable, and professional.Additional Information: Hours will vary depending on service times, with breaks scheduled during quieter periods.Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and be able to provide proof of right to work.How to Apply: Please apply to the job advert or call Berry Recruitment Darlington on (phone number removed) and speak to Dani for more information.
