This role is pivotal to ensuring efficient resource allocation, managing competing priorities, and delivering strategic workforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.Your Key Responsibilities:️ Lead theUK-wideresource management team, balancing operational needs withbusiness growth .️ Providing fee earning resource to deliver Assystem’s chargeable consultancy services to achieve theBillable Utilisation(%) objective of the UK business.️ Plan and allocate operational resources acrossmultiple engineering and digital projects .️ Identify, implement, andoptimise digital toolsto enhanceresource planning and workforce analytics .️ Develop and executenon-chargeable workforce budgetsin alignment with business strategy.️ Partner withsenior leaders and key stakeholdersto ensure workforce capability meetscurrent and future project demands .️ Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team toforward plan and identify recruitment requirementsnecessary to successfully compete existing projects and business growth.️ ProvideKPI reports and data-driven insightsto senior stakeholders forstrategic decision-making .️ Manage resource challenges withresilience and a solution-focused mindsetin ahigh-pressure environment .QualificationsRequired Skills and QualificationsEssential SkillsProven leadership inresource management, workforce planning, and project transitions .Strongfinancial acumen , with experience managingworkforce budgets .Expertise indigital resource management toolsanddata analyticsfor workforce planning.Experience instakeholder engagement and influencing at a senior level .Ability tonavigate complex stakeholder environmentsand drive consensus on workforce strategies.Strong ability toprioritise, problem-solve, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced setting .Demonstratedresilience and adaptability , with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.Experience indeveloping workforce strategiesfor large, multidisciplinary teams.Desired Skills️ Experience inengineering, energy, or consultancy industries .️ Knowledge ofIR35 compliance and contractor management .️ Proficiency inautomation and AI-driven workforce analytics .️ Strong background inconflict resolution and resource optimisation .️ Exposure tolarge-scale business transformation projects .Why Apply?This is ahigh-impact leadership roleat the forefront ofworkforce strategy and digital innovationin one of the world’s leading engineering consultancies.
