Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients growing team on a Permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity, in which the successful candidate will work on a broad range of construction projects with a number of high profile clients and projects. Key Duties: Prepare full building and civil tender documentation including preparation of Bills of Quantities using various software packages. Carry out monthly project valuations, financial reporting and agreement of project final accounts. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of the business and its customers. Skills / Experience required : Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services experience Experience with NEC3/4 suite of contracts and/or JCT.
